Job Role:

A Customer Service Education Specialist educates potential customers about our product and service. They handle questions, comments, and complaints regarding our business while providing positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with US customers to explain about our program
  • Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm about classes
  • Get trained and take trial classes
  • Manage client relationships, gather feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Establish and expand relationships with clients based in the US and UK

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience with customer service and call centers
  • Positive personality to engage in meaningful conversation
  • Good communication skills and listening ability
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of US localization is desirable
  • Understanding of US Accent is advantageous
