
Exceptional Front Desk Professional Wanted

We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Professional to excel in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrator, receptionist, or equivalent work background.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, efficiently routing them to relevant personnel or departments.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely updates and coordination.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including Canteen, Housekeeping, Security, etc., maintaining a seamless operational environment.
- Prepare data related to HR/Admin, such as OT, Canteen details, etc., facilitating informed decision-making.
- Pursue other HR & Admin-related tasks as required, consistently demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Document scanning, printing, and filing are essential responsibilities.
- Coordinate appointments, activities, and schedules, ensuring effective time management.
- Maintain inventory levels for Front Office supplies.
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, arranging for refreshments and accommodations as needed.
- Visitor Management:
- Welcome guests and visitors, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Arrange tea/coffee and drinking water, providing a comfortable ambiance.
- Confirm arrangements with concerned parties before proceeding.
- Arrange lunch for visitors, catering to their needs.
- Pantry Management:
- Ensure pantry stock levels are maintained, replenishing as necessary (tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, etc.).
- Maintain crockery items in the pantry (mugs/cups, guest lunch sets, etc.), promoting hygiene and efficiency.
- Monitor chocolate stock against WoW cards, adhering to established protocols.
- Supervise office boy's daily work during guest visits and in the office, ensuring seamless support.
- Verify tea invoices monthly, ensuring accurate records.
- Courier Management:
- Maintain courier entries in registers and send them to concerned parties promptly.
- Distribute couriers to specific individuals, maintaining detailed records.
- Review monthly courier invoices, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide courier details as required, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Resolve issues related to couriers, addressing concerns promptly.
- Library Management:
- Maintain library registers, issuing books as needed.
- Send reminders after due dates, encouraging employees to return books on time.
- Foster a culture of reading among employees, promoting personal growth and development.
