Accounting Manager Job

Job Summary:

This is a senior-level accounting role where you will oversee the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will manage end-to-end accounting processes, including financial reporting, audit support, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
