Job Description

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of our deliverables. This individual will be responsible for adhering to quality standards and possessing exceptional organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing inspection and testing procedures for incoming and outgoing deliverables to ensure quality conformance.
  • Suggesting solutions to identified deliverable problems and assisting in tracking and documenting quality levels.
  • Analyzing and investigating reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Investigating product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
  • Developing or updating inspection procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintaining risk-management procedures and problem logs to identify recurring issues.
  • Interpreting and complying with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collecting quality data by maintaining records and tracking systems.
  • Documenting quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ year experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related field.
  • Ability to review content in non-English languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
