Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct quality assurance audits and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of experience in collections processes.
  • Preferred experience in third-party or first-party collections.

  • Attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to follow up on plans and adapt to change.
  • Flexibility and a sense of urgency.
  • Adaptability and priority setting.
