We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Process Associate, Insurance Claims. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, claims processing, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly articulating resolution and understanding customer needs
  • Handle varied volumes of workloads and meet targets and deadlines on time
  • Demonstrate customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and innovation
  • Investigate and negotiate claims effectively
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 shift timings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (non-technical graduates welcome)
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and MS Access Database
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
    • Insurance client experience is an added advantage
