Job Title: Reward Management Specialist

bp is seeking a skilled and experienced Reward Team Lead to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team across benefits, equity, vendor management and executive reward.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to manage a team of reward specialists, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, and analytical skills to interpret data, analyze trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Manage a team of reward specialists to deliver strategic and efficient frameworks, policies and processes that adhere to bp standards.

  • Be accountable for providing operational deliverables and specialist advice on reward vendor management, benefits, equity and executive reward.

  • Conduct thorough assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the management of local country reward plans within the remit, aligning them with global strategies and standards.

  • Provide support for reward-related projects at local, regional and global levels as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/MBA from a reputable Business school.

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and Workday.

  • Over 5-6 years of progressive experience in benefits/equity/reward vendor management administration, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, benefits administration software and Microsoft Office applications.

Travel Requirement: Minimal travel is expected for this role.

Relocation Assistance: This role is eligible for relocation within country.

Remote Type: This position offers a hybrid office/remote work arrangement.
