About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to fill this key position. This role is primarily focused on managing end-to-end print production activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting special projects and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of print production, from inception to completion, to guarantee timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Effectively coordinate multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Provide critical project coordination support, workflow management, and training initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain rigorous quality standards and ensure seamless compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Offer operational support, encompassing data entry, mail services, and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in print production coordination is required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry and workflow management tools
Core Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality are crucial in maintaining high standards.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and self-manage is vital for this position.
  • Knowledge of mail services and operations support is highly valued.

Certification (Preferred): Certified Print Production Professional (CPPP).
