Project Data Analyst

About the Role

Maintain and update project data in management tools, analyze performance metrics, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create clear, concise presentations and reports for review by management.
  • Develop dashboards to track project progress and identify trends.
  • Evaluate data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting systems.
  • Support project managers with data insights for better planning and forecasting.
  • Highlight risks, patterns, or deviations in project data.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data visualization skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
