Software Quality Assurance Engineer Job

This is a senior role that focuses on ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in testing and automation, with a strong background in Salesforce Clouds.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, executing both manual and automated tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations.
  • Design and develop automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium and Provar.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure testability of features.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team for timely resolution.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics and product readiness.
  • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Direct experience testing Salesforce Clouds is required.
  • Proven experience in test automation and designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium and Provar.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and version control systems.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
