  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance data to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6-18 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, including 3+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Night Shift Experience and willingness to work in client locations.
