Job Description

The Health Care Executive will play a pivotal role in driving strategic engagement with healthcare professionals to deliver sales outcomes for a leading CNS therapeutic area.

This individual will serve as the primary interface between our organization and the medical community, promoting the scientific value and patient benefits of our innovative medication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve territory sales targets through effective planning and execution of coverage strategies.
  • Conduct sales analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
  • Deliver tailored product messaging based on clinical data and maintain high scientific acumen on CNS disorders.
  • Organize educational programs and roundtables with key opinion leaders to promote the medication's mechanism of action.
  • Foster strong relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other key stakeholders to drive sales outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of pharma sales experience, preferably in CNS or specialty therapy areas.
  • Strong understanding of neurology, migraine management, and CNS pharmacology.
