Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Initiatives: Be an individual contributor with advanced knowledge within the discipline, leading a segment of several initiatives or a larger initiative.
  • Implement Quality Standards: Adhere to and implement enterprise quality standards, processes, and tools, and develop and implement build control strategies or QA tools processes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Interact with business and development teams to define test plans and schedules.
  • Translate Requirements: Translate complex system requirements and specs into test requirements and testing methods.
  • Automation Efforts: Identify and implement more complex automation efforts.
  • Mentor Team Members: Participate in requirements review and testing activities, monitor resolutions, and retain documentation. Mentor team members and work with software developers and domain experts in designing, performing, and improving verification tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Card Payment Systems: Working knowledge on Card Payment systems.
  • Payment Simulation Tools: Must have working knowledge of payment simulation tools such as T3, similar, or ISO payment protocols 8583, 20022, must.
  • Card Platforms: Must have experience on different card platforms Switch.
  • Unix and SQL: Understanding of Unix Commands, SQL.
  • Tandem HP and Mainframe: Experience on Tandem HP non-stop, Mainframe will be added advantage.
  • Programming Language: Understanding of any programming language, must.
  • Software Testing Life Cycle: Knowledge of software testing life cycle, Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting, must.
  • Functional and Regression Testing: Hands on experience on Functional, Regression, System, UAT Testing, must.
  • TDD and BDD: Any experience with TDD and or BDD will be an added advantage.
  • Automation Testing Tools: Experience in automation testing using any of the tool like JBehave, TestNG, SOAP UI, Appium, Selenium, mobile automation tools will be added advantage.
