Job Opportunity

This is a senior-level software engineer position requiring collaboration with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or enterprise software implementation, with strong proficiency in SQL, knowledge of CCaaS, IVR configuration, and an understanding of multi-channel communication.

The role involves installing, configuring, and customizing software products in client environments, developing and enhancing client-facing reports using tools, and leveraging Python scripting to automate tasks and streamline implementation workflows.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to stay aligned on feature changes and data impacts, train customers and internal stakeholders on product features and best practices, and present project updates, outcomes, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and client leadership.
