Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and play a key role in upholding and enhancing world-class quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspections, managing and resolving customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions, maintaining and controlling quality documentation, and ensuring product and process compliance with relevant international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and international standards.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality-related activities and documentation.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in mechanical or production engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience in internal audits.
- Proficiency in using measuring and inspection instruments.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
