About the Role

">Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Quality And Governance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and developing our data governance and management function for the account.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with the broader Data Governance team to develop and maintain Client Account level Data Governance policies, processes, and data standards.
  • Data Management: Establish and develop Client Account data governance and management framework across service lines to ensure consistency and integrity of the data.
  • Data Profiling: Conduct data profiling followed by defining and maintaining compliance, usage, and quality metrics.
  • Master Data Management: Oversight of Master Data Management for critical data elements, including gatekeeping of standards and promoting procedures.
  • Daily Communication: Daily business communication and relationship building with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to solve ongoing data issues and democratize knowledge on data.
  • Data Dictionary: Creation and maintenance of the Data Dictionaries.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating meetings with data consumers, data stewards, data producers, and other stakeholders to ensure data governance rules and standards are applied to data-related changes and projects.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with IT, BI, and service lines counterparts to understand the business context for data management activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions regarding data quality and processes.
  • Knowledge Management: Supporting the Account in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related field.
