Job Title: Interior Site Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee and execute interior works for high-end construction projects.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site activities ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • [2–5] years of experience in interior execution preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
