Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our organization as an Interior Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be the key link between clients, vendors, and our internal team, ensuring smooth execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Project Planning: Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects. Identify areas of cost savings and develop strategies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Design Management: Track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Client Communication: Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications. Develop effective communication plans to ensure seamless client relationships.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation. Implement efficient filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Sales Support: Act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication. Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Budget Analysis: Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits. Identify areas of overspending and implement corrective measures.
  • Financial Closure: Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Support the project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
