Oracle SCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
  • Lead and deliver Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support projects ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle SCM modules, including data conversions, master data setup, and functional testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, offshore teams, and technical developers to design, validate, and implement solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end testing cycles using Oracle OUM methodology ensuring defect-free delivery.
  • Analyze and resolve critical production issues raising and managing Sev-1 SRs with Oracle Support when necessary.
  • Define and articulate end-to-end business processes with clear integration touchpoints across SCM, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Manage project deliverables, scope control, and change management processes ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing. They should have hands-on experience in Oracle SCM configuration, data conversion, and functional testing. A proven track record of large-scale Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades is essential.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Apps functional/technical architecture and integration touchpoints across modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for handling production issues and optimizing processes.
  • Experience working with Oracle Support on Sev-1 issues.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills in handling cross-functional global delivery models.
