The External Manufacturing and Alliance Manager will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) to drive our company's growth and success.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CMOs, R&D teams, and finance professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, evaluate, and manage CMO partnerships that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure seamless execution of manufacturing agreements, including contractual negotiations and financial planning
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in external manufacturing, business development, or alliance management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate proposals, compare pricing structures, and make strategic decisions
