Your Role

  • Recruitment Support

    • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews to build a strong team.

  • Employee Inquiries

    • Handle questions related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll, providing clear and accurate information.

  • Compliance Assurance

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

  • Record Maintenance

    • Keep accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases, ensuring all records are properly managed.

  • Onboarding Assistance

    • Help with employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Training Coordination

    • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs to foster growth and skills enhancement.

  • Performance Evaluation Support

    • Contribute to the performance evaluation process by assisting with assessments and feedback.

  • Policy Development

    • Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a robust HR framework.

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    • Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, with the ability to manage various recruitment tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and interact professionally with employees and candidates.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
