Job Opportunity:

R&D Executive – Lift

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and research within the elevator solutions sector. We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Executive to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge lift products that seamlessly integrate with modern architectural aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision for next-generation elevator and lift products through strategic R&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to harmonize interior aesthetics with elevator cabin designs.
  • Develop space-saving, energy-efficient, and user-friendly elevator solutions by leveraging innovative technologies and materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in interior and lift design.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and the production team to ensure alignment with modern housing interiors and meet customer expectations.
  • Explore new materials, technologies, and design approaches through rigorous research and testing.
  • Prepare detailed technical documents, design specifications, and concept presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving safety standards, certifications (e.g., TUV), and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on R&D experience in the elevator/lift manufacturing industry.
  • Strong portfolio or experience in interior cabin design and customization for elevators, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of ergonomics, space planning, and interior materials to craft exceptional user experiences.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software) to create accurate designs and models.
  • Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and structural components of lifts to drive informed decision-making.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
