Job Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of corporate events, ATL and BTL initiatives, and event planning. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate objectives and understand requirements through liaison with other managers.
2. Estimate costs and prepare budgets for events and initiatives.
3. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
4. Work closely with client servicing and production team for deliverables, promoting seamless collaboration.
5. Understand thoroughly about corporate events, ATL and BTL Background.
6. From understanding and working on brief, event planning, coordination, handling vendors to venue management.
7. Monitor production, events and all the necessary activities to resolve issues effectively.
8. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.).
9. Source venues, third-party vendors, and talent for all aspects of event activations, enhancing overall quality.
10. Build and oversee budget for events, ensuring financial prudence.
11. Work with internal teams on creative and design, fostering innovative ideas.
12. Create event materials such as run of show timelines, contact lists, deliverables, shortlists, and other documents pertinent for event.
13. Manage event planning staff and team members on-site with clear roles and responsibilities, ensuring efficient teamwork.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
