Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12 technical support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers, and managing issue resolutions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers.
  • Manage issue resolutions independently, escalating complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview.
