Operational Excellence Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Specialist to drive operational efficiency and excellence. In this pivotal role, you will ensure data accuracy, provide critical insights, and support business functions through process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Ensure pipeline data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by conducting regular hygiene checks and maintaining up-to-date dashboards.
  • Marketing Management: Lead marketing initiatives for software and partnerships functions, manage documentation and database for campaigns, and develop multi-dimensional performance review templates.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports without misses, ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders, and conduct in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows, design highly effective and streamlined processes, and reduce administrative tasks by implementing process automation.
  • Inside Sales & Lead Generation: Manage lead funnel with various lead generation avenues, coordinate and align with HQ on scheduled and ad-hoc reports and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations roles.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data insight translation ability.
  • Proven track record of designing optimized operational processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy commitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration ability with cross-functional teams.
