Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team.

This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in user experience research, including contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and usability testing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Research Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research goals that align with business strategies and user needs.
  • Conduct User Studies: Conduct studies into user behaviors, goals, pain points, and workflows using various research methods.
  • Design Research Strategies: Create plans for research investigations, including usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, and advanced MR techniques.
  • Evaluate Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Communicate Findings: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research informs product and feature decisions.
  • Research Innovation: Contribute to frameworks and methodologies that expand organizational research capabilities.
  • Measure Impact: Assess design effectiveness post-implementation, tracking impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX research, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
