Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human behavior and the ability to translate that knowledge into intuitive product designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their business goals and objectives, leveraging that insight to inform design decisions.
  • Conduct thorough research to develop detailed user personas, journeys, and information architecture, forming the foundation for remarkable product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating the value proposition of each design concept.
  • Develop wireframes at various fidelity levels during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring seamless communication of user journeys to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to guarantee smooth design handoffs and ensure UX/UI recommendations are effectively implemented.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces, soliciting client feedback and iteration as necessary.
  • Ensure the development team receives all required design assets in a timely manner, facilitating efficient project execution.
  • Review development builds meticulously, providing constructive feedback to guarantee UX/UI suggestions are incorporated successfully.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence, organizational acumen, humility, patience, and a composed demeanor.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines.
  • Basic understanding of the app development process.
  • Able to innovate and generate novel concepts that benefit clients.
  • Proficient hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking methodologies.
  • Knowledge of scrum methodologies is advantageous.
