Senior Program Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver product development within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing global programs, ensuring end-to-end execution of product development, setting up and managing supply chains and vendor coordination, and driving stakeholder alignment and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply full lifecycle program management for multidisciplinary global initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling, budgeting, and risk using Microsoft Project.
  • Train internal teams and ensure product introduction readiness.
  • Build trust and resolve conflicts through effective negotiation and escalation.
