Expertise in software performance optimization is required to drive the efficiency and scalability of our software deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-14 years of extensive software development and performance optimization experience.

  • Strong expertise in software performance evaluation and optimizations using SIMD techniques such as ARM Neon, x86 SSE, Halide, CUDA, optimal tiling, unrolling, prefetching, and/or multithreading.
  • Deep understanding of operating systems, multicore architecture, CPU/DSP architecture, and ability to generate test vectors and validate the optimized software for bit exactness against original software implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating closely with functional teams to understand algorithms and software implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-14 years of software development and performance optimization experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software performance evaluation and optimizations.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, multicore architecture, CPU/DSP architecture.
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills.
