This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of high-impact legal work across various domains—from client negotiations and IP protection to risk management and data compliance.

You'll oversee legal processes and gain end-to-end exposure to commercial, product, data, and corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements
  • Ensure adherence to data protection laws (DPDP, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Contribute to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks
  • Liaise with external counsel, partners, and regulators when needed
  • Stay updated on evolving legal landscapes and proactively inform stakeholders
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal legal processes and templates

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel (TMT, Fintech, or General Corporate)
  • LL.B. required (LL.M. or certifications in data privacy/ fintech are a plus)
  • Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation
  • Understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy
  • Clear, confident communication—able to simplify complex concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently
