Quantitative Investment Research Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Investment Research Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the full R&D cycle of our investment systems, combining financial intuition, modeling depth, and engineering execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in low-frequency quant research and/or engineering, with a strong academic background in financial engineering/mathematics/computer science, or related quantitative disciplines. Prior roles should include experience at quant investing funds or fast-paced startups.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced models for low-frequency predictions of returns and risks.
  • Build hyper-personalized portfolio optimizers compatible with various benchmarks, constraints, and financial goals-based objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of alpha generation and capacity expansion.

Preferred Qualifications:
