Personalization and Optimization Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our personalization and optimization initiatives across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Target, with additional experience in Adobe Edge and a strong understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is a plus.

About the Role

This role involves architecting and implementing Adobe Target solutions for personalized experiences across web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Edge for real-time decisioning.

Requirements
