Content Specialist Job

The selected intern will be responsible for creating high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media content. This content must align with the company's voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Develop quality content that is engaging and informative. Ensure all content meets company standards and reflects the brand's tone and style.
  2. Vertical Research: Stay updated on key trends and developments in fintech, strategic management, data science, and product management. Use this knowledge to create relevant and timely content.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance. This includes collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  4. Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity and consistency with company standards. Ensure all content is error-free and polished.
  5. Content Optimization: Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Use analytics to guide improvements where possible and continually refine content strategies.
  6. Project Coordination: Help coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with external teams when needed. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of content creation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product management.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.
