Job Title: Corporate Product Trainer

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Training & Development Lead to drive impactful learning experiences for our retail team members across exclusive brand outlets and partner stores.
  • This role will serve as the brand custodian, ensuring that every team member masters our product portfolio (tech accessories and designer goods) and communicates our brand story with passion and consistency.
  • The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end training initiatives primarily offline, with some online interventions, designed to build deep product expertise, elevate customer engagement, and continuously improve retail training delivery.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, planning, and conducting engaging product and brand trainings for team members across stores and partner networks, creating and updating training modules, product manuals, and learning aids tailored to different retail environments, and ensuring the brand story and values are consistently communicated and embedded in all retail touchpoints.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and serve as the go-to expert for the retail team, conduct regular quality checks in stores to evaluate training effectiveness and customer experience, capture customer and retail staff insights and share them with internal teams to drive continuous improvement, and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align training programs with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Retail training, L&D, or sales enablement, preferably in lifestyle, consumer goods, or tech accessory categories.
  • Strong ability to design and deliver effective training programs, with offline training experience being a must.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a passion for retail, customer experience, and storytelling.
  • Strong observation and feedback skills to identify training gaps and improvement areas.
  • Ability to coach and mentor frontline staff with empathy and impact.
  • Experience working in premium retail or lifestyle brands will be a plus.
  • Exposure to e-learning tools and digital training platforms is desirable.
