Embedded Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in embedded systems security to a challenging and rewarding role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, with 8-12 years of experience in code development for multitask embedded systems running in Linux, VxWorks/RTOS, and Windows.

  1. Cybersecurity Responsibilities:
  • Work with our runtime advisor to ensure each release of the runtime SDK meets internal and external cybersecurity standards, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.
  • Provide cybersecurity expertise through guidance in architecting, designing, and threat model mentoring to members during development cycle.
  • Evaluate, track, and resolve product and runtime cybersecurity issues and related technical debt in 3rd party packages.

Technical Skills:

  • Coding skills: C/C++ and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell)
  • Operating Systems: Debian GNU/Linux, Ubuntu, Windows
  • Tools: Coverity, SQuORE, Halgrind, Valgrind, CppCheck, Black Duck Binary Analysis, Black Duck Hub
  • Certifications: IEC 62443-4-2
  • Knowledge: Open-source software (OSS), Git, GitHub
