The Supplier Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our own brand factories for clothing and general merchandise are fully integrated into our Quality Management System (QMS) and adhere to the highest standards of product safety and quality.

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative processes related to QMS, including managing communication with suppliers, factories, and certification bodies to ensure all quality audit requirements are met.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of our Supplier Excellence program and be able to demonstrate this through effective planning, organization, and execution of their duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Effective Communication: Develop strong relationships with quality partners, suppliers, and certification bodies to ensure seamless communication and adherence to QMS requirements.
  2. Quality Audit Management: Oversee the management of timelines for onboarding, factory audits, and reaudits in accordance with policy and maintain product safety and quality within our own brand production facilities.
  3. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure complete and accurate documentation and records for all own brand sites, as well as timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing supplier excellence audit compliance
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good planning and organizational skills
