About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Category Associate who can leverage strong execution skills and high analytical capabilities to navigate complexity.

As Category Associate, you will be responsible for creating and executing plans to scale up suppliers' businesses, expand selection, and ensure competitive pricing for your category.

You will also play a crucial role in driving team performance, empowering Key Account Managers, and promoting Meesho's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide a team of Key Account Managers to achieve their full potential
  • Advocate for Meesho's principles and values within your team
  • Collaborate with central teams to optimize selection, prices, and discovery on the platform
  • Develop efficient processes for critical tasks
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for the team and individuals
  • Communicate priorities and key decisions with stakeholders through excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
