  • Lead Discovery Sessions: Conduct high-stakes discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders to diagnose fundamental business problems and opportunities ripe for data science.
  • Frame the Solution: Translate ambiguous business challenges into well-defined data science problems, framing the 'art of the possible' in a way that is both ambitious and achievable for the client.
  • Architect the Vision: Architect and present compelling, data-driven solution proposals that clearly articulate the approach and expected outcomes to secure buy-in from both technical and executive audiences.
  • Quantify the Impact: Develop and quantify the business case for change, building clear ROI models and impact forecasts that justify significant enterprise investment in data science and AI.
  • Mentor Our Talent: Mentor and lead our brilliant team of young professionals, setting a high bar for strategic thinking and analytical rigor while fostering a culture of curiosity and growth.
  • Be a Thought Leader: Act as the leading voice on data strategy for our customers and internal teams, educating the market on strategic AI adoption.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and value-added services, drive sales of Data Science solutions to Enterprise clients, build the business case and strategic roadmap for success.
