Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organizational Development Specialist to lead our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
  • Support organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
 Requirements:Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and supporting the growth of our organization.
