Job Title: Associate - Accounts Payable (Contractual)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Professional to join our team.

This role will be responsible for managing bank payments, coordinating with multiple teams internally, and ensuring timely completion of statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank payments and ensure timely processing of invoices
  • Coordinate with multiple teams internally for AP and Taxes related activities
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner
  • Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, and capitalization
  • Responsible for employee reimbursement and foreign vendor payment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-3 years post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure
  • Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale, working in technology-enabled spaces is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams
  • Excellent working skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) will be an added plus
