Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a skilled Learning and Development Professional. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training delivery, content creation, and soft skills coaching.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of new hires and tenured employees. The focus will be on customer experience, communication, and process excellence.

  • Training Program Design: Create engaging training modules that incorporate presentations, handbooks, and e-learning content tailored to business requirements.
  • Vendor Governance: Manage partnerships with external vendors to ensure quality delivery and alignment with internal standards and service level agreements.
  • Content Development: Develop high-impact training materials that meet business needs and enhance employee performance.
  • Training Batch Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of training batches to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business key performance indicators to continuously optimize content and delivery approach.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, quality, and process teams to identify training needs and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Soft Skills Facilitation: Conduct interactive soft skills sessions that elevate the team's ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, generate reports, and present updates to leadership as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, content creation, and soft skills coaching. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
