Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technical support specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients and internal users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical inquiries and support tickets via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Problem-Solving: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and network-related issues.
  3. Documentation: Document support interactions, solutions, and common issues in the knowledge base.
  4. Training and Development: Train users on new technologies, tools, or updates as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
