Job Title:

Senior IT Support Manager Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical leadership and oversight of all support requests, incidents, and problems.
  2. Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues with professionalism.
  3. Foster positive end-user relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain Technical Support knowledge base to ensure accurate information sharing.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution and process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise:
  1. Proven track record in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk management with a strong understanding of ITIL standards.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  4. A minimum of 15 years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Leadership Skills:
  1. Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  2. Conduct regular check-ins and annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
  3. Maintain departmental staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
