Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the various teams within the organization. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:

This role requires a minimum of 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA certifications are a plus. Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential.

Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is also required. Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies is a must. Familiarity with financial regulations, including Indian GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance, is desirable.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are also required. Effective leadership and team management skills are necessary to collaborate with global teams and drive business performance.
