This role encompasses overseeing the Finance Department's operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Governance: Establish controls for fund use and movement, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with established protocols.
  • Statutory Compliance: Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing performance against budget and significant matters affecting the company.
  • Management Insights: Monitor profitability, revenues, and pricing tariffs as per billing models, incorporating forecasting and budgeting strategies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, prioritize, and minimize risks proactively, escalating concerns to senior management as necessary.
  • Audit and Compliance: Manage internal and external audit queries, collaborating with Group compliance teams.
  • Taxation Policy: Ensure adherence to accurate taxation policies, including corporate, VAT, and tax planning.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Handle key vendor relationships and contribute to commercial negotiations.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the finance function to meet agreed targets for business performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure effective integration and collaboration between finance and related business areas.
  • External Representation: Represent the organization externally, maintaining a positive reputation and image.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification with over 12 years of experience
  • Experience from healthcare domain preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
