Job Title

We are seeking an expert Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team. This role requires a professional with excellent presentation and customer-facing skills, as well as hands-on technical abilities across the Microsoft 365 solutions stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and consultancy to sales and project teams.
  • Lead on technical matters in client meetings and collaborate with customer technology staff and/or suppliers.
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 services.
  • Evaluate on-premises infrastructure and prepare for migration to Microsoft 365 cloud.
  • Undertake technical GAP analysis, document findings, and assess and recommend solutions.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation including diagrams and technical baselines.
  • Work within defined change management processes, raising change requests, defining detailed implementation and test plans, and presenting changes at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Support project management in development of technical project plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • English language proficiency level C1 or above.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft 365 related certifications.
  • Technical skills across Azure Identity Services, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Information Protection & Governance; Sensitivity Labels, DLP, ATP Defender (Desirable).
  • Cloud Application Security.
  • PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Application Packaging skills.
  • On-premises and traditional infrastructure technologies including Virtualisation, VDI, storage, firewalls, AV + Threat Protection, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, backup solutions.
  • Migration experience and knowledge of migration tooling (Desirable).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
