Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and maintain TRIRIGA applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate module development and lease accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy TRIRIGA applications using IBM TRIRIGA development tools.
  • Provide timely reports to stakeholders and identify process gaps.
  • Manage various releases, including break fix, planned monthly, and emergency fixes.
  • Expertise in TRIRIGA Workflows and BIRT Reporting is required.

Requirements:

  • Good functional and technical knowledge of Lease Accounting & specific to ASC 842/FASB/IFRS16 compliance.
  • Proficient in IBM TRIRIGA development tools.
  • Expertise in Support processes and ITIL processes is necessary.
