  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lease accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TRIRIGA Real Estate module, lease accounting, and ASC 842/FASB/IFRS16 compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions using TRIRIGA Real Estate module with lease accounting experience.
  • Implement and maintain TRIRIGA Workflows and BIRT Reporting.
  • Manage various releases and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide technical support and identify process gaps.

Requirements:

">
  • 5-13 years of experience in TRIRIGA development and functionality.
  • Strong functional & technical knowledge of Lease Accounting & ASC 842/FASB/IFRS16 compliance.
  • Proficient in IBM TRIRIGA development tools and Support process.
  • Experience in release management and ability to manage various releases.
  • Expertise in TRIRIGA Workflows and BIRT Reporting.
  • Experience in Java and familiarity with TRIRIGA Builder Tools BO /Form /Workflow /Associations.
