Digital Ads Specialist Job Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Ads Specialist to manage end-to-end ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms for our clients in the healthcare space.

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads with a strong return on investment (ROI).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ad budgets, implementing conversion tracking, call tracking, and retargeting strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining ad performance dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to generate quality leads with a strong ROI.
  • Implement conversion tracking, call tracking, and retargeting strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to derive actionable insights.
  • Maintain ad performance dashboards and share weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in running and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GCLID, pixels, and lead attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data into clear strategy.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with healthcare or service-based businesses.
