Senior Data Engineer

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned data engineer to collaborate with our high-caliber AI & Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enabling AI-ready data ecosystems and experience in designing and implementing cloud-native data lakes and lakehouses optimized for AI/ML workloads and real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-native Data Lakes and Lakehouse architectures for AI/ML workloads and real-time analytics
  • Develop real-time and event-driven data pipelines using Py Spark, Python, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Enable decentralized data ownership and domain-driven design as part of Data Mesh initiatives
  • Implement Data Fabric across hybrid/multi-cloud environments ensuring seamless data integration and access
  • Drive Master Data Management (MDM) and data harmonization to build trusted, consistent datasets

In addition to the key responsibilities, the successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering roles
  • Strong proficiency in Py Spark, Python, and cloud-native data services
  • Familiarity with Data Mesh, Data Fabric, MDM, and real-time streaming (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
  • Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and observability tools
